Media Days Preseason All-SEC

With a record number of voters, almost 60% more than ever, at SEC Media Days, the results are in as eight Alabama players were selected as preseason first-team All-SEC players. 12 overall players were selected between all the teams. Mark Ingram received 165 votes, the most of anyone, for being the first-team All-SEC running back.

The university also brought home 143 of 177 votes that predicted the Tide to win the SEC championship this year to repeat on last year’s performance.
