Alabama had a league-leading 11 players named to the Associated Press All-SEC teams on Monday. The No. 4-ranked Crimson Tide had eight elections for the first team, and three for the second team.

Wide receiver Calvin Ridley, tackle Jonah Williams, guard Ross Pierschbacher, center Bradley Bozeman, defensive lineman Da’Ron Payne, linebacker Rashaan Evans, and safeties Minkah Fitzpatrick and Ronnie Harrison were all selected as first-team players.

The Crimson Tide’s eight first-team selections led the league. No player in the SEC was a unanimous selection, but Fitzpatrick was one vote away from being one.

Defensive lineman Raekwon Davis, cornerback Levi Wallace and Punter JK Scott were all second-team selections.
