Back in 2015, a small-town country music group from Oklahoma made it to the big leagues when their self-titled album hit number 17 on the Billboard 200 chart. On Friday, April 13, this band will take the stage at Druid City Music Hall.

For the past several years, the Turnpike Troubadours have spent their time on the road and selling out concerts throughout the Midwest. In 2007, the country music group started their own label, Bossier City Records, and have released five albums since then.

Musicians RC Edwards, Kyle Nix, Ryan Engleman, Evan Felker, Gabriel Pearson and Hank Early incorporate different genres like Americana, roots rock and folk rock into their music.

Last fall, in October 2017, Turnpike Troubadours released their much-anticipated album “A Long Way From Your Heart.”

The doors at Friday’s show open at 7:30 p.m. with the show starting at 8:30 p.m. The event is open to people of all ages; however, attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed guardian. Tickets are $28 at the door or online at www.druidcitymusichall.com.
