Alabama practiced indoors ahead of its season opener against Wisconsin this Saturday.
NOTES:
- The quarterbacks were inconsistent during Wednesday’s practice. Cooper Bateman threw two sharp passes to transfer receiver Richard Mullaney, but overthrew Cam Sims shortly afterwards.
- Robert Foster showed crispness in his route-running on Saturday, making cuts back to the left sideline with ease.
- Running back Bo Scarbrough wore a white No. 6 jersey, presumably meant to represent Wisconsin running back Corey Clement, the Badgers’ starting running back and standout Melvin Gordon’s replacement.
Alabama coach Nick Saban will address the media at 6 p.m. tonight.
