Majors fair showcases academic opportunities

Whether students love their major or they are undecided, the Majors Fair on Feb 14. is open to anyone. This event will give students the opportunity to explore majors from every college on campus and see exactly what the University has to offer. Faculty and advisors will also be available if students need guidance.

What: Majors Fair

When: Thursday, Feb. 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: Ferguson Student Center Ballroom

Why:

“The Majors Fair was introduced as a campus-wide event more than five years ago and serves as an opportunity for a student to explore the various academic opportunities at UA,” said Darryl Thornton, an instructor in the Department of General Studies. “Majors, minors and other academic-related offices are invited to the event. While focused on first- and second-year students, any student on campus can benefit.”
