Crimson Kitchen teaches how to make sushi

The Fresh Food Company is hosting the Crimson Kitchen Sushi Cooking Class on March 8. In this three hour class, the Bama Dining chefs will teach students how to roll sushi and season the rice. The cost to attend this cooking class is $40.

Why:

Chloe King, a sophomore majoring in international relations, said she looks forward to attending this sushi making class to learn more about different cultures.

“I look forward to attending this class because I love sushi for one, and also I think the class would be very beneficial for students that are interested in learning more about Japanese culinary arts,” King said.

Bryonna Burga, a sophomore majoring in economics and political Science, said attending this class would help her connect to other students.

“I look forward to taking this class because it would help make connections on campus with

other students,” Burga said. “Plus it would be something new, fun, and interactive,”
