Between 2001 and 2021, the share of degree-seeking UA undergraduates who identify as Black fell by 29%. (“Two or more races” was introduced as a category in 2010.) Data is from demographic records (2021) and Common Data Set responses (1990-2010) obtained upon request from the University, as well as Common Data Set responses published on the UA Office of Institutional Research Assessment website (2011-2020).
