On Monday the AP released its preseason poll for men’s basketball. Alabama did not receive any votes, but its schedule does include a few ranked opponents.
Alabama plays No. 2 Kentucky and No. 21 LSU both home and away this season. The Wildcats are receiving 10 of 65 total first place votes and currently occupy the top place in the USA Today Coaches Poll.
The Crimson Tide also travels to Vanderbilt on Jan. 16 in the teams only regular season meeting this year. Oregon, the unofficial No. 26 team will face Alabama in Birmingham on Dec. 21.
