Week eight of the NFL season is complete, and former Alabama players continue to showcase their skills and show what it means to ‘trust the process.’ More than 30 former Alabama players saw action in games.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard caught four passes for 68 yards and one touchdown in a 37-34 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.

Baltimore Ravens middle linebacker C.J. Mosley finished with a team-high 11 tackles in a loss to the Carolina Panthers 36-21. Cornerback Cyrus Jones returned a punt for 23 yards

Detroit Lions defensive end Da’Shawn Hand continues to impress as he made two tackles in a 28-14 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Defensive tackle A’Shawn Robinson made six tackles.

Green Bay Packers safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix made four tackles in a 29-27 loss against the Los Angeles Rams. JK Scott averaged 42.8 yards on five punts, recording a long of 55.

Kansas City Chiefs right inside linebacker Reggie Ragland made seven tackles, including one behind the line of scrimmage. The Chiefs won 30-23 over the Denver Broncos.

Los Angeles Rams inside linebacker made six tackles and scored the Rams first points of the game with a safety against the Packers.

New York Giants strong safety Landon Collins and nose tackle Dalvin Tomlinson both had outstanding performances against the Washington Redskins. Collins made five tackles, including one behind the line of scrimmage causing Adrian Peterson to fumble. Tomlinson made three tackles in 20-13 loss.

Washington Redskins defensive end Jonathan Allen and nose tackle Da’Ron Payne continue to be critical factors for the Redskins defensive line. Payne made four tackles, and Allen made three. The two players both recorded a sack in the fourth quarter to help maintain the lead against the Giants.

The Dallas Cowboys were on their bye week, but made a trade for wide receiver Amari Cooper. Fans will have to wait a little longer to see him in action with the Cowboys on a bye week.
